
Who is the Part-time Professional of the Year?

A team player willingly works in cooperation with others. He or she is supportive of others, open with communication, and trustworthy. A team player is willing to help others and jump in where needed.
A self-starter begins work or undertakes projects on own, without needing to be told or encouraged to do so. He or she shows the ability or attitude required to initiate something, and recognizes opportunities to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
A person who possesses good communication skills is open and clear about scheduling matters, deadlines, project status, and expectations. For some, this skill set may include the ability to read, listen, speak and write clearly and effectively.
An engaged employee is fully involved in, and enthusiastic about his or her work, and acts in a way that furthers the organization's interests. This person shows a sense of commitment and invested attitude to his or her job, colleagues, industry, and company that enhances his or her willingness to learn and perform at work.
An efficient co-worker or employee performs and functions in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort. He or she is competent, capable, productive, and experienced and contributes to the success of the organization.
